4.Minimum Rental Period: The minimum rental period for our mobility scooters is five (5) days. This ensures that our customers have ample time to enjoy their travels without any inconvenience.

6.Equipment Return: The Renter agrees to return the rented equipment to MobilityHireAntalya.com at the agreed-upon location and time specified in the rental agreement.

8.Equipment Condition: The Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
9.Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.
10.Liability: MobilityHireAntalya.com shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred while using the rented equipment.
11.Safety Guidelines: The Renter agrees to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by MobilityHireAntalya.com for the proper use of the mobility scooter.
12.Insurance: It is recommended that the Renter have adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances during the rental period.
13.Age Requirement: The Renter must be 18 years of age or older to rent equipment from MobilityHireAntalya.com.
14.Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Antalya, Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya.
